Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Adelaide, SA. The Duty Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and coordinating with various departments. Responsibilities include managing staff, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, monitoring facility upkeep, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Operational knowledge in hospitality management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Experience in the luxury hotel sector is a plus
