We are currently seeking a Duty Manager to join the team.
This is an opportunity to LOVE where you work, to be part of a dynamic and fun team who all work together to create a positive member experience in our club.To be successful in this role you will have: Experience in delivering premium customer serviceNatural leadership and highly organised qualitiesStrong interest and passion for the health & fitness industryAdequate financial skillsPrevious experience in food and beverageOperational experienceCurrent qualifications in Senior First Aid, RSA and Pool Life GuardMust be well presentedKey Responsibilities:Ability to exceed member expectations and maintain high service standardsEnsure cleanliness of change rooms, steam, sauna areas and pool surrounds of our pools and spasAbility to take pool chemical tests and monitor auto chemical controllersEnsuring efficient operations across the ClubManaging the opening and closing of the ClubProviding leadership, motivation and innovation to teamsDelivering operational support to all departments including Reception, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Crèche, Gym, Pool and SalesGuaranteeing the overall cleanliness and exceptional presentation of the buildingSo if this sounds like you, then don't miss out on this opportunity and APPLY today to become a Next Gen Team Member
