Your new role
- Uplifting governance frameworks and supporting Line 1, 2, and 3 through audit reviews
- Managing issue ownership and root cause analysis
- Driving cadence and rhythm in QA operations across TM and ECDD
- Leading weekly sessions and governance forums
- Supporting regulatory reporting and audit interactions
- Acting as a connector to senior management
- Delivering insights and reporting on operational performance and risks
- Influencing and simplifying QA processes and frameworks while supporting the uplift of QA capability
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong, proven experience in Financial Crime, particularly across Client Lifecycle Management, TM, and ECDD
- Proven experience in governance, risk, and compliance management
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge the status quo
- Experience in audit interactions, regulatory reviews, and remediation work
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and deliver actionable insights
- Inquisitive nature and global awareness of financial crime trends
- Ability to hit the ground running and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
