Are you innovative, dynamic, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We're seeking a Concierge & Community Lead to support our clients at their flagship office tower in North Sydney.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Concierge & Community Lead, you'll be the welcoming face of the precinct, creating a warm and engaging environment for visitors, tenants, and the wider community. You will oversee the lobby and business lounge areas, ensuring both spaces provide a premium experience. You will also play a key role in fostering a vibrant atmosphere through placemaking initiatives and be a proud ambassador of the First Contact brand, actively promoting events and activities across the commercial precinct.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Greet visitors warmly and provide information about amenities, services, events, and facilities, including the business lounge.
  • Deliver personalised, high-quality service, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage the Concierge service request portal to ensure all guest requests are handled efficiently.
  • Lead concierge services including umbrella loans, welcome gift check-outs, restaurant bookings, and general tenant support.
  • Oversee the smooth operation and presentation of the business lounge.
  • Collaborate with the customer experience team to plan and deliver engaging events.
  • Draft communications and social media content to promote precinct events.
  • Curate and execute tailored activations and events focusing on wellness, community engagement, surprise & delight, and signature experiences.
  • Remain active and engaged throughout the day, involving walking, standing, sitting, and occasional manual handling.
