About the role

We are looking to add a motivated Lawyerwith 2 + PAE to our team - can be mid to senior level. We are looking for lawyers with previous experience in migration law and/or litigation.

The position includes a variety of legal work across all areas of immigration law, in particular:

  • Interviewing and advising clients
  • Preparation and lodgement of applications (mostly electronic)
  • Drafting of correspondence and submissions
  • Merits and Judicial review and legal research
  • Liaising with counsel
  • Liaising with relevant bodies including the Department of Home Affairs and ART

About you

You must have at least 2-8 years experience in migration law and/or litigation.

You must be passionate about this area of law and client advocacy.

You must be able to exercise professionalism at all times, possess outstanding communication skills and demonstrate a commitment to technical excellence.

We are client focused; therefore, the successful applicant will also need to be resilient, extremely organised and possess the ability to multi-task.
