About Us

Frutex Australia is a leading player in the Australian food industry, with a strong presence in manufacturing and distribution. Based in Kingsgrove, we are passionate about delivering high-quality products and outstanding service. We are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Clerk to join our dedicated Customer Service Team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate data entry and processing of customer orders received via phone and email
  • Providing administrative and sales support to our national sales team
  • Investigating and resolving customer inquiries, delivery issues, and credit requests
  • Supporting the broader customer service function with various administrative tasks including reception

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong computer literacy and data entry experience
  • Prior experience in a Sales or Customer Service office environment
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to seeing tasks through
  • A friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • HSC minimum; relevant industry experience highly regarded
  • Knowledge of FMCG and WHS practices (desirable)
  • Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
