The Nimbus Health Graduate Program is a structured 12-month program designed to strengthen your confidence and consolidate your clinical knowledge. It's got everything you need to become a highly skilled independent practitioner

Nimbus Health is a next-generation in-home allied health provider working with some of Australia's largest care organisations to make a real difference

in the lives of the people who need us most.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services in the community to elderly clients receiving funding through Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme and the NDIS
  • Utilise clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice
  • Continually review our current processes with an eye for improvements, including updating our team wiki with best practice
  • Work and communicate with your patient's care team, including other allied health professionals and care advisers at some of Australia's leading organisations
  • Prepare training and educational materials for the organisations we work closely with

About you:

We are looking for candidates who genuinely care for our clients and want to make each and every experience memorable

  • Bachelor Degree of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
  • Full AHPRA registration (by the start of the program)
  • A valid Australian driver's license
  • Regular access to a car
  • A positive attitude and strong desire to make a difference
  • Based in either Melbourne, Adelaide, or Queensland
