Job Description
Guest Services Assistants
Civeo is seeking applications for Guest Services Assistant roles based in villages throughout the Bowen Basin and Blackwater regions of Central QLD. These roles are offered on a permanent, full-time basis, with DIDO or BIBO options available. No FIFO options.

This position is responsible for our site's administration needs, such as:

  • Processing bookings and allocating accommodation
  • Performing check in/out
  • Preparing reports
  • Conducting general admin and retail duties

Benefits

  • Base salary from $74,376, casual rates from $34.81/hour.
  • 9/10 hour shifts (Varies depending on village)
  • Annual Bonus of $7k - split into quarterly payments.

About You

  • Relevant work experience in accommodation/administration
  • Experience using accommodation software packages (preferably RMS)
  • Excellent computer and administrative skills
  • Team player with great communication
  • Customer service enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure
