What You'll Be Cookin' Up:

  • Inspire and lead a passionate crew to serve up those finger lickin' good experiences every day

  • Oversee the daily sizzle - rosters, inventory, training, and performance

  • Make sure every piece of chicken is served to Original Recipe standards (aka: safe, fresh, hot, and delicious)

  • Keep your restaurant running like clockwork with a sharp eye on food safety, hygiene and WHS

  • Drive results like a boss - boosting sales, managing costs, and making smart decisions
