The Market Place IGA Ballajura is a family-owned supermarket, proudly serving our community for over 30 years. We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Checkout Operator to join our team.

The role:

  • Full-time (38 hours, Mon-Fri) OR part-time (minimum 30 hours across 4 days, with a 3-day weekend)
  • Early starts – you must be available from 7am
  • Primarily customer service at checkout, with general store duties when required

  • You must be 18+ to apply (required by law for tobacco sales)
  • Friendly, reliable, and a good communicator
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and punctual
  • Committed to keeping high store standards
