**The Role**:
We're looking for driven **Customer Service Representatives** to join upcoming contact centre positions, handling warm leads only.

- Take inbound and outbound calls with customers who have already shown interest.
- Offer VAP solutions that meet customer needs.
- Build strong relationships through consultative, customer-first conversations.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to a high-performing team.
- Receive ongoing training and coaching to sharpen your sales and product knowledge.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Experience in sales or customer service (contact centre, retail, hospitality or similar).
- Confident communicator with strong active listening skills.
- Motivated by targets and excited by earning commission.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn.
