What we are looking for

  • We are looking to a build a complex care team to support a new complex male client in the Toowoomba region. This client has complex behaviours and will require a team of passionate and resilient people to support him. In depth client training will be provided.
  • Willingness to work with challenging and complex clients
  • Availability across a 24/7 roster
  • Certificate III or higher in a relevant field of support work desirable.
  • You embody our ethos of Dignity, Respect, Individualised, Visionary and Engaging.
  • You are dedicated to providing high quality care.
  • A willingness to learn - taking part in our regular paid training opportunities.

  • You have or can obtain the following:

  • Blue Card and NDIS Screening/ Yellow Card

  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Driver's Licence
  • Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance

Benefits and Salary

  • Competitive, above aware rate $ $51.90 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) plus penalty rates and super.
