We're seeking dedicated and skilled tutors to join our team as independent contractors and help students reach their full potential.

Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic tutors to provide one-on-one, in-person math tutoring sessions at students' homes in the Eastern Suburbs. While the role is primarily face-to-face, occasional remote sessions may be offered if requested. You'll be responsible for assessing student needs, preparing personalised lesson plans, and tracking academic progress.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home tutoring sessions in math for students from primary school through HSC.
  • Tailor lessons to match each student's level, needs, and learning style.
  • Monitor student progress and communicate feedback to parents.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule for after-school or weekend sessions.
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of the NSW math curriculum (Primary, High School, and HSC).
  • Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is highly regarded.
  • Clear communication skills and a passion for education.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage your own schedule.
  • Must be available for in-person sessions at student homes in the Eastern Suburbs.
  • Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
