**Job Title: Independent Contractor Tutor (Math)**

**Location**: Sydney, NSW (Remote and In-Home Tutoring)

**About Us**: At Calibre Tutoring, we provide expert math tutoring for K-12 students in Sydney. We’re looking for passionate, experienced tutors to join our team of independent contractors and make a difference in students' educational journeys.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated **Independent Contractor Tutors** to deliver high-quality math tutoring sessions to students at various levels (Primary, High School, and HSC). Tutors will have the flexibility to conduct lessons remotely or in-person, depending on the student’s preference. You will be responsible for guiding students through their learning, identifying areas of improvement, and creating tailored lesson plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in math (K-12).
- Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans based on students’ needs.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback to students and their families.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, available for tutoring sessions at various times.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of mathematics (Primary, High School, and/or HSC level).
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Availability to tutor in person or remotely, depending on student needs.
- Must have a valid Working With Children Check (or be willing to obtain one).
