  • RESA Pty Ltd T/As CTCS wants to hire 1 or 2 Reliable Sub Contract Domestic House Cleaners who lives in Adelaide's NORTHERN Suburbs Only
  • 1 or 2 for each of the Northern Suburban Regions.
  • Urgent need in Northern Adelaide Suburbs for Domestic House Cleaners.
  • Must be very Reliable, have a great eye for Detail, Great work Ethic & have a Reliable motor vehicle.
  • General House and Office Clieaning Experience.
  • Each Cleaning Job is between 1.5 to 3.0 hours.
  • Applicants must have an Active ABN, RTW in Australia Clearance, Current National Police Clearance, National Working with Children & Working with the Vulnerable Clearances.
  • Having an ABN gives you Tax Write Off Benefits with the ATO to keep your Cost down come your Quarterly Profit & Loss Submissions.
  • All Individual Sub Contract Cleaners must have their Own Equipment, Own Chemicals, Cloths. Motor Vehicle and PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE with a Min $5 Million Cover under Office & Domestic Cleaning which is a must.
  • Must have 6 to 12 Months Minimum Domestic House and Office Cleaning Experience Required.
  • You can continue to have your own Private Clients too RESA Pty Ltd T/As CTCS will present a Client Job Offer as they come into the RESA Pty Ltd T/As CTCS system.
  • This will be presented to you​​ to accept or decline pending on your own daily business schedule.
  • Trading Hours are from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
  • Possible Saturday work available
  • No working Sundays or Public Holidays.

  • An Individual Sub Contractor & RESA T/As CTCS Contract Agreement must be Agreed upon and signed by both Parties in Question with your option as an Individual Sub Contract Cleaner to seek legal advice due to reviewing and signing the contract.
  • 1. RESA Pty Ltd T/As CTCS wants to make it clear that RESA Pty Ltd T/As CTCS accepted Clients Job Offers List will stay exclusive and confidential as RESA Pty Ltd T/As Clean Time Cleaning Services Clientele Only
  • 1/a If a Individual Sub Contract Cleaner decides to leave and no longer Sub Contract Clean for RESA Pty Ltd T/As CTCS there is a non compete clause for 9 months which is in place.
  • If you choose to take the RESA Pty Ltd T/As CTCS client or the client wants to go with you.
  • Then you must pay out 39 weeks for that Clients appointment schedule as Compensation to RESA Pty Ltd T/As CTCS.
  • Example A fortnightly client cleans @ $50.00 per hour plus GST = $110.00 × 20 Cleans = $ Compensation.
  • Payout to be paid out to RESA Pty Ltd T/As CTCS.
  • 1/b This means the Sub Contract Cleaner cannot approach or coerse any of RESA Pty Ltd T/As CTCS Clients for the above period of 9 months.
