since its establishment in 2013 and is here for those impacted by service. As one of Australia's leading veteran charities, Mates4Mates supports current and ex-serving Defence Force members and families through our mental health and physical rehabilitation services, skills-based recovery programs, and social connection activities.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary Mates4Mates' team, you'll deliver evidence-based and informed treatments to veterans and their families to address their psychological support needs. This role reports directly to our Clinical Lead – Psychological Services.
You'll be a tactical thinker and accountable for undertaking psychological assessments with clients, through to designing, evaluating and implementing tailored evidence-based therapies to support positive outcomes.
To be eligible for consideration, you'll offer:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology and full unconditional registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a psychologist.
- Experience developing and implementing treatment plans to meet psychological needs of our clients
- Proficiency with tech and software (including CMSs)
- Ability to work autonomously and within a broader team, and more
Strong exposure to delivering psychological or related services to current or ex-serving Defence will make your application even more competitive.
