About the role

We're a fast-moving jewellery tools & supplies business looking for a detail-driven Inventory Assistant to keep stock accurate and orders flowing. You'll receive, count, label and put away stock, keep bin locations tidy, and update quantities in Shopify. Preferred applicable will have jewellery making experience (ie. attended courses, or make their own jewellery) this will greatly assist with product identification.

What you'll do

  • Receive deliveries: check POs, count items, label and put away.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy: cycle counts, stocktakes, bin locations, barcodes.
  • Update Shopify: stock adjustments, variants, basic product/admin edits.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organised.

Must-haves

  • Inventory or warehouse experience (small-parts environment ideal).
  • Shopify or similar e-commerce platform experience.
  • Fit and able to safely lift 20 kg and be on your feet all day.
  • Strong attention to detail; basic Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Full work rights in Australia; reliable and punctual.
  • Barcode scanners/label printers experience.

Nice to have

  • Jewellery-making knowledge or hands-on bench experience.
