What You'll Do:

  • Inspire and lead your team by example — whether that's cooking on the line, guiding service on the floor, or creating those memorable "wow" moments for customers.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Restaurant Manager to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine: quality, training, operations, performance, and team culture.
  • Contribute to the success of the restaurant by driving KPIs, improving processes, and building team capability.
  • Play a key role in coaching your team and shaping the workplace culture with your positivity, grit, and resilience.
  • Help create a supportive, high-trust environment where people feel valued and customers feel the difference.

What You Bring:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced hospitality or retail leadership role.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead a team through a busy service with a smile.
  • A down-to-earth, get-your-hands-dirty attitude. You lead by doing, not telling.
  • A values-led approach to people, culture, and performance.
  • The kind of resilience that means you stay calm under pressure, and keep your team motivated, no matter what the day throws at you.
