We're after a
Senior Systems Engineer
who can own the infrastructure end-to-end design, delivery, support, and everything in between. The kind of person who can keep the lights on, spot vulnerabilities before they become outages, and has a few scars from doing it all before.

Yes, there's an on-call roster. No, we don't sugarcoat that part. But we do make sure you've got the tools, automation, and team around you to make it manageable.

What you'll actually be doing:

  • Handling the tough stuff, third-level support, critical incidents, and the "why is this happening again?" moments.
  • Managing servers, networks, VOIP, video conferencing, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Running Microsoft 365 and Azure environments with proper Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Owning disaster recovery and threat management.
  • Mentoring other techs without the people-management red tape.
  • Researching and implementing new tech that saves time, money, or headaches.

What you bring:

  • Around 10+ years of systems or infrastructure engineering experience.
  • Strong across servers, networks, cloud, and security.
  • Fluent in Microsoft 365, Azure, Veeam, and modern virtual environments.
  • A calm, analytical mindset when everything hits the fan.
  • Solid communication skills, you can explain technical things without the jargon fog.
