ITM are a national wholesale company supplying Australia's major tool retailers and industrial distributors with a wide range of tools and equipment. Our company is recognised for the quality of our products, and we are sole importers of many leading brands.

We are seeking a suitable candidate to join our team at ITM – Forrestdale as Inventory Supervisor. Reporting to ITM Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and accurate maintenance of our warehouse inventory.  Your focus will be on maintaining accurate processes and best practices, while ensuring a high standard of performance & attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Improve layout and organise products in the warehouse to ensure efficient use of space and easy access.
  • Keep stock records accurate and investigate variances or discrepancies.
  • Handle day-to-day inventory issues quickly, finding practical solutions that prevent repeat problems.
  • Receive and organise goods from both LCL and FCL international shipments.
  • Coordinate stocktakes and ensure results are reliable.
  • Communicate clearly with team members to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Use experience and knowledge to guide, coach, and mentor junior staff.
  • Look for ways to improve warehouse and inventory processes to make work safer, faster, and more accurate.

Requirements

  • Current LF Forklift Licence.
  • Hands-on warehouse experience, particularly in receiving and inventory management.
  • Good admin and technology skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office.
  • Able to adapt to new systems and software quickly.
  • Physically capable of lifting goods and unloading containers.
  • Works well in a team environment and willing to share knowledge with others.

HOURS: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4.00pm
