Being WA farmers for the past 50 years, we strive to provide grower direct product at farm gate prices to our stores. Spudshed is passionate about produce and providing our customers with an excellent shopping experience.

About the Role

We are seeking Retail Supervisors to join our team located in Australind, WA Our aim is to make our Customers and Employees experience at Spudshed a welcoming and engaging one

Responsibilities
  • Retail Supervisors responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Maintain service standards by developing your team and ensuring correct house-keeping is maintained for cleanliness and safety
  • Driving team culture in line with Spudshed values
  • Ensuring that customer receive prompt service and quality goods and services; Responding to customer queries and complaints about goods and services
  • Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties
  • Employee management (interviewing, hiring, training, evaluation, performance management, dismissing, promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances)
  • Instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures
  • Examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action
  • Taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock
  • Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed
  • Ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced
About you
  • Previous experience (1 year or more) in a management/supervisory role
  • AQF Certificate II or III
  • Strong analytical and problem solving
  • Strong communication skills

Salary range $68,835 - $80,000 dependent on experience

Job type: Full Time

Work location: Australind WA 6233
