Your Role
- Deliver evidence-informed speech therapy across ages and settings, including NDIS and My Aged Care participants.
- Provide expert supervision and clinical mentoring to junior team members.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and prepare outcome-focused reports.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, physios, dietitians, and other allied health professionals.
- Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership.
- Demonstrated clinical experience (3+ years preferred) in dysphagia/swallowing assessments.
- Adult communication assessment and therapy (preferred, but not essential)
- High-level clinical documentation and reporting experience.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentoring capabilities.
- Current driver's licence, insurance, reliable vehicle, and required checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, Police Clearance).
