What you'll do
- Help to bring together the brand experience and key customer proposition development across customer segments and business lines
- Act independently within the business, navigating structure and stakeholders with confidence
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated marketing initiatives
- Translate customer insights into compelling brand strategies
- Drive innovation in brand storytelling and customer engagement
- Champion a customer-first mindset across all touchpoints
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in brand management, customer experience, or marketing strategy
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work autonomously and influence across teams
- Strategic thinker with creative flair and executional excellence
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
