If you enjoy working in partnership with First Nations peoples, local government and other stakeholders in managing high value conservation areas, and you want to use and build your leadership, natural resource management, asset and visitor management knowledge and skills, this might be the job for you.

The Only Mandatory Requirement For The Successful Applicant Of This Position Is To Hold An Unrestricted Manual Driver's License, However The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Team management, fire, pest, compliance and asset management skills and experience.
  • Sound understanding of the legislation, policies and procedures governing Queensland parks and forests.
  • Ability to undertake a varied work program, including administrative work as well as various types of physical duties.
  • Ability to foster a workplace culture that supports and promotes the interests of First Nations people, and actively engages through our work to contribute to better outcomes for First Nations people.
