You will be joining the FP&A Deal Desk team, a dynamic group focused on driving strategic financial initiatives and supporting enterprise-wide transformation efforts. Our team collaborates closely with various departments to optimize financial processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.

  • Provide support oversight on the FP&A Deal Desk Function, to include providing strategic financial insights and support for complex deal structures.

  • Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment on deal terms and financial implications.

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies and financial models to support business objectives.

  • Analyze and evaluate deal performance, providing recommendations for improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and support audit processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • 6 years of experience in a finance role, with a focus on enterprise deal desk or financial planning and analysis.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Salesforce and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a large enterprise technology or SaaS companies.

  • Familiarity with Atlassian products and financial systems.

  • Advanced degree or certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA).

  • Proven track record of leading financial initiatives and driving process improvements.
