We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team as a Junior Horticulturist. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to learn professional horticultural skills while helping to maintain beautiful gardens across Sydney. Details:

  • Days: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
  • Pay: $25-$27 per hour
  • Location:Various garden sites across Sydney, NSW

What You'll Do

Your primary duties will be essential to creating and maintaining stunning outdoor spaces:

  • Basic Garden Maintenance: Planting, weeding, mulching, and lawn care.
  • Plant Care: Watering, basic pruning, and monitoring plant health.
  • Equipment Operation: Learning to safely use basic gardening tools and equipment.
  • Site Cleanup: Debris removal and keeping work areas tidy.
  • Team Support: Working cooperatively with senior team members to complete tasks.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Experience & Skills:

  • A strong interest in horticulture (personal gardening experience is valued).
  • Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform manual tasks.
  • A positive, willing-to-learn attitude and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • A valid Australian driver's license is preferred.
