Our Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic assistant valuer to join our team.  We place great emphasis on career development, technical training and mentoring. Many of our staff have successfully attained CPV qualification whilst employed with Westlink.  This is an opportunity to get exposure to valuing a variety of property types and levels of complexity.

The positions would suit property or valuations graduates (or near graduates); however, we will only consider applicants who are Australian or New Zealand citizens/permanent residents.

Duties will include:

  • property inspections.
  • collecting and analysing market data.
  • data entry into valuation software.
  • undertaking valuations (under supervision); and
  • compiling reports

Applicants must hold a valid driver's license, have their own vehicle and display the following attributes and qualities:

  • team orientation.
  • autonomy, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • strong report writing skills; and
  • intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel).
