The Role
This FIFO role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has a strong background in mechanical systems, and is passionate about improving equipment performance and reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Implement reliability improvement projects/ defect elimination
- Optimise spare parts strategies and lubrication schedules.
- Reduce/ eliminate waste.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering (mining or mineral processing preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with RCM, FMEA, and condition monitoring.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and master data development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
