**Home Instead** is a leading provider of high-quality, relationship-based in-home care for ageing adults. Home Instead Brighton employs almost 200 people in the local community supporting over 500 ageing adults with in-home services. Services include assistance with personal care, light household duties, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transport to appointments, shopping and social outings.

Key tasks include:

- Provide guidance and support to Carers to assist them in providing quality care to their clients.
- Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date Carer and Client information in the Relationship Management System (RMS).
- Ensure a record is maintained of all interactions with Carers, clients and/or their families and address any issues/concerns immediately.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Capacity to manage competing priorities and problem solve.
- Proficiency using databases.
- Clear National Police Check
- COVID vaccination

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Prior scheduling experience. Knowledge of the aged care sector
- Strong work ethic and willingness to gain the desired outcomes for stakeholders.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
