Job Details

DFATs Commercial Application and Delivery Section seeks a Salesforce Developer to implement solutions, support quality assurance, and contribute to ongoing enhancements within a cross-functional delivery team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements and plan system enhancements

  • Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices

  • Translate designs into functional configurations and clean code

  • Develop and maintain enterprise-level Salesforce solutions

  • Support testing, release, and documentation processes

  • Use version control and CI/CD tools effectively

  • Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and release managers

Selection Criteria

Essential Criteria

  1. Minimum 3 years experience in Salesforce development

  2. Demonstrated ability to:

    • Design, build, and deliver enterprise integrated solutions

    • Configure Salesforce (custom objects, flows, permission sets, etc.)

    • Use Apex, Lightning Web Components, Omnistudio, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML

    • Troubleshoot errors in development and configuration

    • Work with Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud

    • Utilise version control and advanced CI/CD tooling

    • Apply Salesforce best practices and functionality

  3. Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I

  4. Certified Salesforce Administrator

  5. Must hold NV1 clearance

Desirable Criteria

  1. Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II

  2. Certified Salesforce Omnistudio Developer
