We're looking for a Parts Interpreter/Manager to join our small, close-knit team in Gilgandra. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working hands-on in a fast-paced environment, and building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.

What You'll Do

  • Interpret, source, and supply parts to retail, trade, and internal workshop customers.
  • Manage day-to-day parts operations in Gilgandra, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with our Service Manager in Gilgandra, while also liaising with the wider Parts team at our Dubbo branch.
  • Provide outstanding service and product knowledge to support customers and workshop staff.
  • Maintain stock control, ordering, and inventory management.

About You

  • Previous experience in automotive parts interpretation or management is preferred, but not essential, we value attitude and capability just as much.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently within a small team, while also connecting seamlessly with our larger dealership network.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
