We're on the hunt for a JavaScript Engineer who's passionate about data-driven growth, experimentation, and impact to join our client's Sydney-based team.

This is a unique opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping the next phase of their journey;blending software engineering, conversion optimisation, and creative problem-solving to help us deliver an even smoother and smarter shopping experience for millions of customers worldwide.

Our team operates with a lean, high-impact structure, meaning you'll work closely with the Head of Engineering, Growth, and Marketing to turn ideas into tangible results — fast. Every line of code you write will make a direct difference to the customer experience, conversion rate, and brand growth.

About the Role:

You'll work directly with the Head of Engineering to deliver end-to-end initiatives that drive measurable results. This role blends experimentation, optimisation, and engineering excellence — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of commerce and code.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals
  • Proven experience in eCommerce (bonus if you've worked with Shopify Liquid)
  • Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & BigQuery is a plus
  • A business-minded approach with a passion for scaling growth (SEO, CRM, CRO)
