We are seeking an Advice Assistant to support our Advisory team and maintain our capacity to advise our clients to a high standard.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Advice Assistant role is primarily a research support, financial analyst and advice preparation expert for the Advisors in our Practice.

You will work within a team environment where you will help ensure client strategies are developed, maintained and regularly course corrected in collaboration with the Head of Advice and Financial Advisor.  You will have success working collaboratively with the entire team, being able to hand over work to teammates, while exhibiting the ability to work autonomously.

You will support the team by consistently delivering best in class advice to them and in turn support our clients make informed and smart financial choices.

YOUR ATTRIBUTES

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in paraplanning and a willingness to learn
  • You are most likely Tertiary qualified (or currently enrolled) in business, accounting or finance
  • An avid interest in AI and technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Caring, empathetic and positive approach
  • Good time management and organisational skills, a solid work ethic
  • Team player with a desire to continually serve others – clients and colleagues
  • Value a collaborative approach and can also work independently on identified tasks
  • Responsible and committed to attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written
  • Appreciate that by following process you work better within the team and can deliver consistent and meaningful outcomes for clients
