From lighting and bathrooms, to period décor and one-off treasures, our ever-changing range keeps our customers, and our team, excited every day.

With a growing in-store and online customer base ), we're now looking for a full-time Retail Sales Assistant to become a key part of our friendly, hands-on team.

What We're Looking For:

• A fun, energetic personality and a can-do attitude.
• Previous retail sales experience is essential.
  
  (If you haven't worked directly with customers in a retail setting, this role isn't the right fit.)
• A minimum of 1-2 years retail sales experience is required.
• Knowledge of hardware, lighting, or bathroom products is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Assisting customers in-store and over the phone with product advice and sales.
• Responding to enquiries via phone, email, and helping monitor our social media.
• Setting up eye-catching displays and maintaining store presentation.
• Receiving and sorting new stock deliveries (some heavy lifting required)
• Physical ability to lift up to 10-20kg during stock deliveries is required.
• Keep the store clean, tidy, well-presented, and welcoming

To Succeed in This Role, You'll Need:

A proven history of sales in a retail environment.

Exceptional customer service skills—our number one priority

Self-motivation, initiative, and a strong work ethic.

The ability to work well in a small team.

Strong computer and phone skills.

Australian work rights are essential for this position.
