An experienced Dental Assistant/Treatment Co-ordinator is required to join our team as head of Treatment Planning for a busy and well established Oral and Maxillofacial surgery in West Leederville.

This position would involve:

·       Close liaison with the Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons to ensure all surgical cases are planned and prepared accurately.

·       Digital planning, including acquiring relevant documents, scanning and uploading of Radiographs/Scans and 3D implant planning.

·       Management, tracking and ordering of stock and equipment.

·       Organisation of files and continued follow-up of all cases up until surgery to monitor any surgical or clinical changes and modify as required.

·       Communication with patients, suppliers and medical staff

The successful applicant must have exceptional attention to detail, a knowledge of dental terminology and tooth numbering, computer literacy including Excel and Word. Knowledge of Genie, Gentu and Dolphin would be advantageous but not essential.

This is a part time 3 day per week position. Parking is included and working conditions are excellent.

This role would ideally suit a Dental Assistant that would prefer a more administrative role or an experienced Dental Receptionist with a very good dental knowledge.
