For over 50 years, Vili's has been proudly baking Australia's favourite pies and cakes. We're a family-owned business with a big heart, and our team is at the centre of everything we do.

Right now, we're welcoming Café All Rounders to join our friendly teams at both Mile End and Blair Athol. Both sites run on a busy, 24/7 roster, meaning we offer a range of hours and shift lengths.

Although our roster patterns can vary based on operational needs, we are currently looking for team members to cover hours like these:

Mile End


• Afternoon: 4:00 or 5:00 pm – 12:00 or 1:00 am


• Day: 8:00 or 9:00 am start with various shift lengths. This will likely include occasional weekend work


• Night: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

Blair Athol


• Day: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm


• Night: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

What you'll do


• Welcome customers and create a warm, relaxed café experience


• Make and serve quality beverage efficiently (barista skills ideal)


• Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and promptly


• Handle payments and keep the front counter stocked and tidy


• Ensure customer comfort by maintaining a clean dining room

About you


• Friendly, customer-focused and reliable


• Calm and efficient in a busy café environment


• Barista/hospitality experience is great, but enthusiasm to learn is just as important


• Team player with good communication and a can-do attitude


• Flexibility to cover a mix of day/afternoon/night shifts as needed
