About the Role:

As the
Executive Assistant to the Managing Director
, you'll provide high-level, confidential support to ensure the MD's time and priorities are optimised. You'll manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and oversee seamless travel arrangements. Beyond executive support, you'll lead major corporate events, foster staff engagement, and ensure our head office runs like clockwork. You'll also play a key role in administering the Mazda Foundation, supporting its charitable initiatives and fundraising activities.

This role requires a full-time, on-site presence, five days a week, to foster collaboration, strengthen team connections, and ensure seamless support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:
    Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, travel, and communications with absolute discretion.
  • Event Leadership:
    Plan and execute corporate events, dealer conferences, and staff engagement activities.
  • Office Operations:
    Oversee head office amenities and ensure a professional, well-resourced environment.
  • Mazda Foundation:
    Coordinate grants, fundraising events, and maintain smooth administration.

About You:

You're a proactive, highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with grace. You're confident liaising with senior executives and external stakeholders, and you bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude to everything you do.

To be successful, you will have:

  • 5+ years' experience
    as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale corporate events end-to-end.
  • Strong background in office management and workplace culture.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A reputation for discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
