What will your typical day look like?  
As a Manager in our Organisational and Workforce Transformation team, you will be working with clients to solve their most challenging issues – from organisational design, to digital change, and core business transformation.  Regardless of the type of transformation, you will work closely with client and project leadership teams to scope, plan and deliver programs of work to enable the appropriate change.  

As a Manager in our team you will enable your clients to lead strategic transformations in their organisations through high impact experiences that deliver true business value and lasting results. You will lead teams of consultants to understand the human element of change and design and deliver activities to build readiness where it is needed across our clients' organisations.  Your typical day would include some of the following activities:

  • Leading or contributing to proposal development activities to shape, scope and win new packages of work. 
  • Managing the planning, forecasting and delivery of work in line with an agreed statement of work.  
  • Leading and enabling a team throughout the delivery of work and inspiring, supporting and developing your team along the way.  
  • Contributing to and sometimes leading the reporting of status up through the project and client governance structures, including identification and managing risks and issues associated with your stream of work and across the program.  
  • Shaping the ongoing work and managing the delegation of work, and review of deliverables throughout the delivery.  Engaging with your Program leadership (Directors/Partners or otherwise) to ensure appropriate input and review throughout.  
  • Participating in practice related activities, and acting as a career coach for team members – helping to guide them in their ongoing growth and development within the firm.

We are looking for experienced human capital practitioners with 5+ years of experience looking to apply your skills and learn more from the Organisational & Workforce Transformation communities.  We are looking for diverse skill sets that include a cross-section of the following:

  • You are a change consultant and leader: You have solid consulting experience and can lead change programs working to manage and support team members.  This includes experience from either a professional services environment, government or industry, and have played a significant role to lead programs of change and made an impact on business transformation projects. Experience include:
    • Scoping and managing delivery of change work to a client or customer 
    • Planning and conducting workplace or organisational change in a large or complex organisation; 
    • Facilitating change planning; including stakeholder identification, business impact analysis and change management planning; 
    • Design for business including persona development, storytelling, design thinking workshops, human centred design 
    • Managing the commercial considerations of a project 
    • Experience in tech adoption, with a proven track record managing large scale transformation projects 
  • You are solution focussed: You apply functional knowledge to inform solution development and contribute to recommendations that enable the client's business agenda.  This includes brining a combination of domain expertise and sector knowledge to make recommendations that enable your client's business agenda.
  • You are a critical thinker with a drive to continuously improve.  
  • You bring critical thinking and structure to your work and those around you, continually looking for opportunities to improve outcome or approach.  
  • You are able to influence and sense the environment. 
  • You have experience in working in complex and dynamic environments, and are able to react and respond to changes and adjustments which are thrown your way.  In doing so you are able to interact with and influence senior stakeholders within the client's organisation. 
  • You have strong communication skills. 
  • You are able to flex and adapt your communication style to suit different situations and objectives.  
  • You are a coach and mentor to others.

  • Desirable but not essential: the ability to obtain and maintain an AGVA security clearance
