ConsultANZ is looking for a skilled Project Engineer to join the Structures team, supporting the delivery of ongoing infrastructure upgrades across Sydney. With over 5 years of secured work under a major infrastructure contract, you'll play a key role in delivering structure-related civil projects, including bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and slope stabilisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver small-to-medium structures projects (bridges, culverts, retaining walls, slopes)
  • Oversee subcontractor works to ensure compliance with scope, safety, and quality standards
  • Assist with program management, scheduling, and reporting
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Monitor and enforce safety, quality, and environmental compliance

About You:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a civil/structural engineering role
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Strong exposure to structures works – bridges, culverts, retaining walls, slope stabilisation
  • Ideally experience working on TfNSW projects
  • Strong communication, organisational, and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage works independently while being part of a collaborative team
