Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven
Senior Project Manager / Program Manager
to lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex IT projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record in managing large-scale IT initiatives across multiple teams and functions.

Job Description:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of end-to-end IT projects or programs across cross-functional teams.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Develop detailed project/program plans, including timelines, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage dependencies and interfaces between multiple projects under the program.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including regular status updates, executive reporting, and risk escalations.
  • Engage with technical and business teams to align project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and changes using appropriate governance processes.
  • Ensure adherence to internal project governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor and guide project team members to achieve high performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Case Development:
    Lead the creation of a comprehensive business case for the Dimensions Data Program, focusing on cost optimization and value realization for submission to the Cost Approval Group (CAG).
  2. Assumption Reassessment:
    Re-evaluate legacy cost assumptions and program estimates to reflect current business needs, technology capabilities, and market benchmarks.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement:
    Collaborate closely with product and business teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and align on strategic priorities.
  4. Technology Liaison:
    Work with internal tech teams and external vendors (including UKG) to understand solution architecture, implementation scope, and associated costs.
  5. Product Team Collaboration:
    Partner with product owners to ensure proposed solutions align with workforce management goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
  6. Financial Modelling:
    Develop detailed cost models, ROI projections, and funding scenarios to support decision-making and CAG approval.
  7. Risk & Dependency Mapping:
    Identify key risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies related to the migration from Kronos to UKG Workforce Pro.
  8. Executive Reporting:
    Prepare and present high-quality documentation and executive summaries for senior leadership and CAG review.
  9. Governance & Alignment:
    Ensure alignment with internal governance frameworks, including budgeting, procurement, and compliance standards.
  10. Program Readiness Assessment:
    Support readiness activities by identifying gaps in data, processes, or stakeholder alignment that may impact program success post-approval.
