About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at The Tea Centre as a Casual Sales Assistant. Working in a friendly retail environment, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales and replenishing stock. This is a casual position located in our Bondi Junction NSW store.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Restocking and maintaining the presentation of the retail space

  • Adhering to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability to work a range of shifts, including weekends
