About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join the team at our Sheridan Bankstown Outlet.

  • This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our Sheridan customers.
  • Selling of premium products with the ability to highlight features, benefits and care instructions.
  • Ensure all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard.
  • Process and replenish stock according to company standards.
  • Achieve sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals and brand inspiration.
Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding products that meet their needs.
  • Maintain store presentation and product knowledge to drive sales.
  • Support stock management, merchandising and replenishment processes.
  • Contribute to achieving store KPIs through effective selling and customer engagement.
