- **Position**: Floor Manager
- **Employment Type**: Casual / Full-Time
- Start as a casual employee with the potential to transition to a full-time position following a performance review.

**■ Contract Terms & Salary Information**
- **Applicants with verified floor manager experience** will also start in a casual role. After a **minimum one-month evaluation period**, they will enter a **three-month probationary period** as a full-time Floor Manager. Upon completion, a **task competency review** will be conducted, and the annual salary may be adjusted within the range of **$68,000 to $74,000**, depending on capability and results.

**■ Casual Pay Rates**:

- Introductory Level (up to 3-month probation period):_
- Weekday: $29.33/hr
- Weekend: $35.19/hr
- Public Holiday: $58.65/hr
- Level 1 (automatically upgraded after probation):_
- Weekday: $30.13/hr
- Weekend: $36.15/hr
- Public Holiday: $60.25/hr

**+ Additional Benefit: 11.5% Superannuation paid separately**

**■ Essential Requirements for Floor Manager**
- **Education**: Hospitality or Business-related major preferred
- **Communication**: Must have at least upper-intermediate English skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- **Responsibility**: Capable of managing store operations (open/close) in cooperation with the Store Manager
- **Certification**: Food Safety Supervisor (FSA) certificate required
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

**■ Key Responsibilities**
- **Operations**: Oversee day-to-day store operations (cleanliness, hygiene, customer flow, etc.)
- **Staff Management**: Training, performance feedback, shift supervision
- **Customer Service**: Handle complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
- **Inventory**: Monitor FOH ordering, wastage, and inventory usage
- **Reporting**: Communicate with headquarters regarding sales, labour costs, incident reports, etc.
- **Safety**: Ensure compliance with WHS (Work Health and Safety), respond to hygiene inspections
