About you:
In your new role you will:
Manage an allocated caseload delivering high level Dietetic services to community-based clients within the Cassowary Area in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards with a high level of independence and minimal clinical supervision within a multidisciplinary team.
Apply independent professional judgement to a complex and varied caseload whilst delivering senior level dietetic services utilising evidence-based practice and the application of critical problem-solving skills.
Identify, initiate and lead the implementation and evaluation of quality improvement activities that enhance service delivery, contribute to the development of evidence-based approaches within CHHHS Nutrition & Dietetics and Cassowary Area Community Health.
Enhance clinical practice knowledge, skills and expertise through self-directed learning, active learning within a team environment and facilitating, when required, professional development activities.
