Barista/Server

We are seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our team as Baristas at Fusion Republic, Mclaren Vale.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and courteously.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Handle payments and operate the Point of Sale
• Uphold high standards of customer service and presentation at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
