They are a tight-knit, innovative & collaborative organisation who pride themselves on client care, partnered with a true emphasis on providing a positive and supportive environment for their clinicians.

Working closely alongside the directors and management team as the Lead Speech Pathologist for South Australia, you will be a play key role in supporting junior speech pathologists and assisting in the development of the team. Whilst managing a reduced clinical caseload.

Key Duties:

  • Providing clinical supervision/mentoring to junior clinicians
  • Providing remote support to clinicians working in regional areas of SA
  • Supporting complex case management and intervention planning
  • Delivering neuroaffirming and person-centered therapy services
  • Leading professional development, training workshops, etc
  • Assisting with recruitment and ongoing clinician development
  • Contributing to planning and growth of Speech Therapy team

Key Selection Criteria

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Speech Pathology Australia certification
  • Experience working within the disability sector
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring junior clinicians
  • Current National Police Clearance & Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to work with clients across the lifespan
  • Access to own vehicle and clean drivers license
  • Minimum 4 years experience as a Speech Pathologist
