What You'll Do

  • Co-lead game design direction for existing and new titles
  • Ideate and document new systems, mechanics, and live event structures
  • Design farming loops, idle progression, and turn-based battle mechanics
  • Create economic balancing & monetisation models for casual gameplay
  • Shape light narrative, themes, and world-building for new projects
  • Work with community managers & players to collect feedback and iterate
  • Playtest and tune content to optimise retention and engagement
  • Collaborate with engineers, artists, and product to deliver your vision

About You

  • 2+ years game design experience (indie or studio)
  • Strong design documentation skills (Figma, Notion, or similar)
  • Comfortable designing for live games and casual players
  • Deep understanding of
    resource systems
