About the Role

We're seeking motivated and safety-focused Operators to join our team. This hands-on role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining fixed plant and mobile plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production outcomes in a mineral processing environment and future civil projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out housekeeping, plant inspections, assisting with minor maintenance tasks and promptly escalating asset health or production issues.
  • Perform fault finding within a fixed plant environment and complete quality risk assessments to maintain safe and efficient operations.
  • Operate large-scale processing plant equipment including sizers, cone crushers, overland conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, and train loadout facilities.
  • Operate small mobile machinery such as skid steers and loaders for clean-up and general site activities.
  • Ability to pass a full medical, drug, and alcohol test

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a mineral processing plant and road construction a distinct advantage
  • Loader, Grader or Roller operator experience
  • Skid steer operator experience (desirable)
  • Demonstrated background in heavy industry and remote site operations
  • Exposure to simple and group isolations
  • HR Licence highly desirable
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
