You'll deliver, cover, collect and record varied bins and loads across Melbourne while providing customers a positive experience and service they won't forget.

Reporting to our Operations Manager:

  • Liaise with customers to learn their needs (e.g. bin location, OHS requirements).
  • Deliver & collect bins & attach & remove tarpaulins.
  • Complete Environment Protection Authority (EPA) dockets & daily run sheets.
  • Perform daily checks, report issues & resolve if possible.

This role requires a superior haulage professional who has:

  • A Heavy Rigid (HR) vehicle license.
  • Health, fitness, stature & agility to perform the above tasks safely & correctly every time.
  • Flexibility to work between 6 am & 5 pm, plus overtime & weekends if needed.
  • Pride in work, appearance, vehicle, tools, reputation & timelines.
  • Clear written & polite spoken English & a respectful, friendly, easygoing approach.
  • The drive & imagination to work hard, help clients, fix problems.
  • Grace under pressure, a mature & responsible outlook & the ability to deal with change.
  • A stable work history, good references & the wish to work long term with an employer of choice.
