What will your typical day look like? 
  
As a Manager within our Human Capital practice, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of exciting projects, and work with collegiate, highly skilled and supportive teammates. You will work on strategically important projects and deliver exceptional client service to some of Australia's largest and most iconic clients – helping them solve challenges that truly matter to their organisation.  
We advise clients on a broad range of people-related challenges and opportunities, helping them build high-performing, future-ready organisations. Our work spans:
- Culture – Shaping and embedding values, behaviours, and mindsets that align with strategy and drive performance.
- Leadership – Developing purposeful, authentic leaders at all levels to inspire teams and lead through change.
- Learning & Development – Designing impactful learning experiences that accelerate growth, build capability, and enable transformation.

We are looking for an experienced professional who has worked across multiple business domains and have proven consulting experience in preferably Public Sector. If you work in a Professional Services environment (Big 4/Boutique) or an internal Workforce Transformation team and have experience in one or more of the below areas, this role is for you.  
 
- Culture (Culture strategy, leadership alignment, narrative design etc)
- Leadership (Strategy and capability design, leadership development, high performing teams)
- Learning (Facilitation and coaching, experience design, capability building)
- DE&I (DEI strategy, inclusive leadership)
- Job and Career Architecture (capability definition, career architecture)
